This band (which was also known as Children Of The New Forrest) was formed out of Circle A by Don Burr and Russell Hopkinson. Don exchanged his guitar for a bass in this outfit. Russell went on to help form Mob Vengeance, while the other three continued to play together under the name Exercise One.
