WIth the second of these two solo Davy Jones EP compilations, more old Monkees songs are cherry-picked from three of their nine albums. This time around, more well-known songs are chosen, including three Australian single A sides, as well as the title track from an earlier EP ("Cuddly Toy")
According to the label, the title of this record is "I Wanna Be Free", which is also one of the aforementioned A sides.
To emphasise the fact that other Monkees were involved on some of these songs (making it a de facto Monkees release), "Daydream Believer" features Micky's backing vocals, and "Cuddly Toy" is performed by the four Monkees.
As for the sleeve, Davy, still shirtless, is wandering around in a desert, perhaps looking in vain for his missing clothing.
