Action Man Armoured Jeep

There was a shop in downtown Perth called "City Liquidators", where, in early 1986, I snapped up lots and lots of remaindered Action Man product: figures, uniforms, and some larger items such as this Jeep.

Although there had been some Action Man vehicles very similar to this one in the past, this Jeep was tagged as a new addition in the catalogue sheet promoting the product range at this time. It is supposed to be a US Army vehicle from the World War Two period.
