This instruction sheet insert came in the box with the tank. The supplied stickers were provided on a separate sheet.

Note the part near the bottom where Palitoy strongly advise against removing the tank's tracks.

Actually, I have to say that they made them very well, as they are just as tight and just as solid today as they were when they were manufactured over twenty years ago.
